Services you receive during your kitchen fitting, installation or design

• Contact us to arrange an appointment and receive some complementary brochures
• One of our designers will design your kitchen free and without any obligation
• You will be invited into the Bristol based showroom to discuss the design and quotation
• If you decide to purchase your kitchen with hsk Ltd, you will receive a welcome package from our office team introducing you to your team of fitters
• The ordering of your kitchen is then put into motion, where a thorough checklist is in place
• The team of fitters will contact you to arrange to survey your kitchen, so if there are any queries, it is picked up at this point
• Your kitchen is then delivered into the warehouse one week prior to your installation, where a thorough check is also in place, so alleviating any problems during installation
• You can have a delivery to suit your requirements, this helps especially if you are working or having to pick up children from school etc
• You are given an hour slot so no having to wait in all day
• Installation day arrives; all tradesmen arrive on time as previously arranged. Your dream kitchen now begins
• The kitchen is installed and finished professionally by our craftsmen
• Our after sales service is second to none, any queries or questions will be attended to immediately and efficiently
• We guarantee you will be happy with our service, design and product you have received.
